I haven’t actually used their casting service, but I would trust them to do a good job. I recently got a quote for casting the bracelets and it seemed fair: $173-$192 depending on the S/M/L sizing. They do have a minimum order of $500 though, so consider going in with a friend or two. Final note, this service is only for RioPro members. Email them at customization@riogrande.com. Carrera Casting

They have a nice feature where you can upload the .stl model directly to their site and get an estimate. I just did it now (2/1/24) and the cost quoted was $91.36 for the medium sized bracelet in sterling silver. That was the best price I found. I have used them in the past, and be prepared to remove lots of sprues in funny places. But a good price!

ASD Casting

This is the service I used to create the castings for this tutorial. They are very busy, and don’t do estimates, so you pay what it is after it’s ready. (Medium bracelet was about $175). But I liked the consideration of the sprue placements and thought the overall quality of the casting was very good.

Other Options:

Google “3D Print on Demand Services”…. There are lots of options. Shapeway.com lets you upload a 3d file and print it in any metal. Kind of pricy, but it looks like they finish and remove the sprues.
